Smoke Exhaust Vent Ducting Fabrication and Installation

We have just completed this smoke exhaust vent ducting. From design through to fabrication in our Essex workshop, delivery to site and installation. A one stop shop for the entire project!!
All of the ducting was cut using our 3m bed guillotine and then folded using our 100tonne Amanda brake press and Keetona hydroform. Duct outlet spigot rolled using our in house power rollers. Stiffening creases formed into the sides for strength. Custom fan mounts on rubber feet. Connecting flanges were all handmade and a powder coat finish, all to the clients specification!
