Both Powder coating and Galvanising offer excellent durability of your metal products and can extend the lifetime of most metalwork making them resistant to corrosion as well as making them visually satisfying.
POWDER COATING
Powder coating is a metal finishing process using mixed particles of resin and pigment, they are sprayed directly onto electrically grounded parts after being electrostatically charged and then fused together using a curing oven. Powder coating is often favoured to painting metal as it is more durable and has a much higher resistance to chipping and scratching then metal painting. In addition, powder coating provides excellent colour retention! Powder coating can last 15-20 years and is resistant to weather, corrosion and chemicals.
GALVANIZING
Galvanizing is the process of dipping Iron or steel into molten Zinc to coat it. This process of Galvanizing metal makes it resistant to corrosion and weather extending the lifetime of your metalwork. Hot dip Galvanizing is one of the most popular ways to protect structural steel and is seen as a necessity in a wide variety of industries; Including road and rail, Sports and Leisure, Water treatment plants, energy plants, Oil and Gas industries as well as agricultural!
