SPIRAL STAIRCASES
Our Spiral Staircases are popular with both our commercial and residential clients. All spiral staircases are built to conform with British Standards and are carefully designed and fabricated by our experienced team in our Essex workshop.
Our technical team will be able to advise you on any spiral staircase required to meet Building regulations BS5395. We offer site surveys and supply CAD designs for your approval prior to fabrication to ensure that the Spiral Staircase will fit perfectly in your property.
HELICAL STAIRCASES
Our Helical staircase more commonly known as a curved staircase or a sweeping staircase is a popular option amongst our residential clients.
As with our Spiral staircases our team of experienced designers and fabricators will work with you to ensure all your requirements are met whilst confirming to all regulations and British Standards. Spine Staircases
Spine staircases are becoming increasingly popular in the UK and are a modern solution for interior staircases within your home or office. Spine staircases provide a solid staircase option with the added benefit of allowing light to pass through, opening up your space and interior. We can work with you to design and fabricate a Spine Staircase or middle spine staircase and can enhance the structure using a range of wood, steel or glass handrails and balustrades for an ultra modern finish. As with all of our other staircases our work conforms to British Standard and Building Regulations BS5395.

All customers will benefit from a full guarantee on our workmanship for a period of 12 months. This does not cover any sub contracted services such as powder coating or galvanised finishes you may require us to arrange prior to installation. Guarantees on materials run in accordance with manufacturer’s warranty periods where applicable. Our guarantee covers all new work and new materials used in fabrication or repairs, but does not guarantee the integrity of any existing structures or materials. In the event of a failure beyond the guarantee period we will be happy to investigate the cause and negotiate a solution to the problem then carry out any agreed repairs. Charges may apply for remedial work carried out beyond guarantee dates or to items not covered by our guarantee.
